To be honest, I’m not sure if she likes chicken nuggets or not; we haven’t explored that option yet, though it’s probably for the best.

This lovely little lady is Calypso, Cali for short (I really liked Calypso from Pirates of the Caribbean and I’m into Greek mythology…I don’t know what to tell you). She’s the newest addition to the family, along with our orange tabby cat Cody aka the Code-Meister and our Australian cattle dog, rottweiler mix, Benson aka Bennie (and the Jets).

The hardest part about making this little snap shot was actually getting Cali to not run away–neither of our cats like to be held, really. But she sat still long enough for me to get this picture which really isn’t half bad. So then I emailed this photo of us on my iPhone to my school email where I could save it in my Pictures folder. Then I downloaded it to a free picture editing site and decided to give Cali a little speech bubble, saved it there again, and uploaded it here. At first I was going to have her say “is that catnip”, but then I changed it to “is that filet mignon”, and then I just changed it to chicken nuggets because most people can relate to that, at least in my generation.

Besides, it’s Cody who likes the filet mignon, not Cali.
