Ask me what my favorite food is and I’d say buffalo chicken every single time.
I love eggplant parmigiana, fried ice cream, and a loaded burrito (basically carbs and grease), but I can’t deny how obsessed I am with buffalo chicken. When I was in a different country, when I told a European about buffalo chicken, they had no idea what I was talking about–I was heartbroken. I know that French cuisine is probably better than anything I’ve ever had, but I’ve always had a hankering for spicy food, and buffalo chicken usually does the trick. The spicier the chicken, the happier I am.
